Within the scope of the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors Resolution of our Company dated 30.09.2026, a total of 5,000 ARDYZ shares were repurchased on Borsa Istanbul on 09.10.2026 at a price range of TL 67.80 - TL 68.00 per share (weighted average TL 67.900).

The total number of shares repurchased as of 09.10.2026 has reached 225,000, representing 0.070% of the Company's share capital.
