Regarding Our Revenue Expectation from Ateş Çelik for the Fourth Quarter of 2026 SAY YENİLENEBİLİR ENERJİ EKİPMANLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.

As known, our Company supplies certain components of wind turbines and turbine towers to our related party, Ateş Çelik (Ateş Wind Power), within the scope of the framework agreement executed in April 2018.

As stipulated in our new Disclosure Policy published on the Public Disclosure Platform on February 15, 2022, periodic orders under framework agreements may be subject to disclosure. Accordingly, as of the second quarter of 2022, our Company has started to announce its revenue expectations from Ateş Wind Power on a quarterly basis.

In the fourth quarter of 2026, our Company expects to generate approximately EUR 3,500,000 in revenue from the sale of wind turbine and turbine tower components, as well as commercial goods, to Ateş Wind Power.
