CENTRAL PUERTO ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND CONFERENCE CALL

Buenos Aires, October 14, 2026 - Central Puerto S.A. ("Central Puerto"or the"Company") (BYMA: CEPU; NYSE: CEPU), one of the largest private power generation companies in Argentina, will release its financial results for the third quarter of 2026 on the first business day following Friday, November 6, 2026, the scheduled date of the Board of Directors meeting at which such results will be considered. As of the date of this announcement, the results are expected to be released on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 (1) . The Company's management team will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of 2026 on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET (12:00 p.m. Buenos Aires time).

(1) The expected results release date takes into account the provisions of Emergency Decree No. 1103/2026, which establishes Monday, November 9, 2026, as a national public holiday and Tuesday, November 10, 2026, as a public holiday in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Accordingly, and subject to the continued validity of such decree, the results are expected to be released on Wednesday, November 11, 2026. If the decree is repealed or otherwise rendered ineffective, the results would be released on Monday, November 9, 2026.
