On August 19, 2026, the board of directors of YY Group Holding Limited (the "Company") approved the change of the Company's name from "YY Group Holding Limited"to"YYForce Inc.", with effect from the date of the certificate of incorporation reflecting the new name to be issued by the Registrar of Companies in the British Virgin Islands (the "BVI Registrar") (the "Change of Name"). On August 31, 2026, the Company filed an amendment to the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company with the BVI Registrar to reflect the Change of Name. A copy of the amendment to Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On September 2, 2026, the Change of Name went effective on the market and the Company's Class A ordinary shares started trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under new ticker symbol "YFOR."

In connection with the name change and ticker symbol change, no action is required from the Company's current securityholders, and the Company's ISIN number will remain the same.

On August 31, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing the Change of Name and the change of ticker symbol. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
