Robot Consulting appeals Nasdaq's delisting decision
With a last trading price of $3.75, Robot Consulting (LAWR) received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department. Exchange management notified the decision pursuant to listing rules 5101 and IM-5101-4.
Why did Nasdaq decide to delist?
The rationale cited concerns over past trading activity and the stock's susceptibility to manipulation. Recalling the temporary trading suspension imposed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nasdaq stated that the company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) had become susceptible to market manipulation and did not provide the liquidity necessary for an orderly market. Robot Consulting officially appealed the delisting decision by applying to the Review Panel on October 23, 2026.
How will the appeal process affect stock trading?
The appeal stayed the delisting process and the Form 25-NSE filing to the SEC until the panel review is completed. In contrast, the current trading halt on the shares will remain in place until lifted by Nasdaq. Exchange management did not make any allegations of wrongdoing against the company.
