In the general assembly annulment lawsuit filed by 2 plaintiffs, Ali Kantur and Metin Gultepe, against Isbir Holding (ISBIR), the court consolidated the judicial proceedings under a single roof. At the hearing on October 22, 2026, the Ankara 14th Commercial Court of First Instance ruled to consolidate the lawsuit with case file 2026/427 of the Ankara 13th Commercial Court of First Instance, which involves the same subject matter.

What did the court decide in the Isbir Holding lawsuit?

The dispute arose from a lawsuit filed on May 24, 2026, seeking the annulment of all decisions taken at the company's postponed 2025 ordinary general assembly meeting held on May 5, 2026, and a stay of execution. Alongside the consolidation decision in case file 2026/435, the court panel definitively rejected the plaintiffs' request for the appointment of a special auditor. In its interim decision on September 10, 2026, the court had also rejected the request for a stay of execution of the general assembly decisions. The next hearing of the lawsuit, which will proceed on the consolidated file, will be held on December 3, 2026 at 09.30.

When is the next hearing of the consolidated lawsuit?

While company management assessed that the lawsuit would not have an adverse impact on operational activities, it did not set aside any provision in the financial statements. On the day the decision was reflected, Isbir Holding shares dropped 2.02% to 48.50 lira (TRY). With a daily trading volume of 11,275 shares, the stock traded in a range of 49.50 lira to 101.00 lira over a 52-week period.
