Binance launches pre-market futures with 5x leverage

As steps toward pre-listing price discovery continue in crypto derivatives markets, futures platforms are expanding their product ranges with new trading contracts. Binance Futures opened pre-market trading for the perpetual futures contract designed for prediction protocol Predict.fun (PREDICT) as of October 25, 2026, at 9.45. The contract, which will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption on the platform, offers users up to 5x leverage.

How will pricing work in pre-market trading?

To prevent extreme price fluctuations during the pre-market period, the mark price will be determined every second based on the average of transaction prices over the last 10 seconds. If fewer than 21 transactions occur within the specified time frame, an index average based on the last 20 transaction prices will be included in the calculation. As part of volatility control, the mark price's movement range per second will be limited to ±1% during both the pre-market and the transition phase to the standard contract.

How will the transition to standard futures contracts take place?

Once a stable index price forms in spot markets, the contract will be transitioned to a standard perpetual futures structure through a gradual process. The time required to complete this transition will depend on market price volatility; trading functionality will not be interrupted during the transition, and existing open orders and positions will be maintained. The funding rate, which will be applied as +0.005% every 4 hours during the pre-market phase, may vary between the limits of +2.00% and -2.00% depending on market conditions once the transition to the standard futures structure is completed.

Under the new contract supporting Multi-Assets Mode, which provides flexibility in portfolio management, investors will also be able to use their Bitcoin (BTC) assets as collateral. Built on BNB Chain, Predict.fun operates as a prediction market where forecasts on future outcomes across various categories are traded. The project's total and maximum supply stands at 1 billion PREDICT.
